Underground Toys Doctor Who Revelation Of The Dalek’s Collector’s Set

The Sixth Doctor and Peri arrive on the planet Necros where, in a facility called Tranquil Repose presided over by Mr Jobel and his assistant Tasambeker, the wealthy can have their newly-deceased bodies cryogenically frozen until such time as medical science can cure whatever killed them.

The Doctor wishes to pay his last respects to his friend Professor Arthur Stengos, and also to assuage some nagging suspicions about the man’s death. His suspicions prove justified, as it turns out that this is just a ruse to lure him into a trap.

The Great Healer masterminding Tranquil Repose is Davros, who is using the organic material in the cryogenic storage units both as the raw material for the synthetic food that is Necros’s biggest export and also to create a whole new army of Daleks with which to take control of the universe.

Davros’s plans are foiled when Daleks loyal to the Dalek Supreme arrive on Necros and take him prisoner. The Doctor suggests to the planet’s inhabitants a new basis for their economy.

In this exclusive set from Underground Toys we present Davros, a Necros Dalek, a Skaro Dalek and the Sixth Doctor in his blue mourning cloak.

Contents:
1 x Sixth Doctor in Cloak action figure.

Upon investigating warehouses nearby, the travellers stumble upon a trap set for them by the Daleks! Held in suspended animation aboard the station for over ninety years, the Daleks aim is to get his help in finding an antidote to a virus deadly only to Daleks. The virus was created by a race of humanoid robots called Movellans who have been at war with the Daleks for centuries. To counter the offensive and in an attempt to save themselves, the Daleks used their time technology to infiltrate key positions of authority on Earth with android duplicates. Underground Toys Doctor Who Vengeance On Varos-Peri And Sil With Tank

The Sixth Doctor and Peri visit the planet Varos to obtain supplies of a rare ore called Zeiton 7, vital to the functioning of the TARDIS. Varos was once a colony for the criminally insane and the descendants of the original guards still rule, while the poverty-stricken people are kept entertained by screenings of public torture from the Punishment Dome.

Their Governor has been trying to negotiate a better export price for zeiton ore from Sil, an envoy of the Galatron Mining Corporation, whose reptilian body is supported and kept cool by a mobile water tank.

The Doctor and Peri meet two rebels, Jondar and Areta. Peri and Areta are captured and almost reshaped into beast-like creatures by Quillam, the Dome’s sadistic commandant, but the Doctor saves them and tells the Governor the true value of zeiton 7.

Quillam and Varos’s Chief Officer, who are in the pay of the Corporation, try to kill the Doctor and the Governor but are themselves despatched. Sil plans an invasion of Varos by a force from his home world, Thoros-Beta, but the Corporation veto this and instruct him to buy the zeiton ore at any price.

In this great set from Underground Toys, we present Peri and Sil with his Water Tank.

Underground Toys Doctor Who The Sontaran Experiment Collector’s Set

The Fourth Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan arrive on a desolate and apparently deserted Earth to discover that a group of shipwrecked astronauts from a human colony, GalSec, have been lured there by a fake distress call. One of their number, Roth, tells Sarah Jane of an alien conducting gruesome experiments on him and his crewmates. The alien turns out to be a Sontaran, Field-Major Styre, who is compiling a report on human physical and mental capabilities as a prelude to an invasion of Earth.

The Doctor challenges Styre to unarmed combat. The Sontaran agrees but is quickly weakened in Earth’s unfamiliar gravity. Harry meanwhile enters Styre’s ship and uses the Doctor’s sonic screwdriver to remove the vital terullian diode bypass transformer, so that when the alien returns there to revitalise himself he is drained of all his energy and destroyed. The Doctor sends a message to the Sontaran fleet, warning them that without Styre’s report they cannot invade.

In this great gift set from Underground Toys we present the Classic Sontaran: Field-Major Styre and his iconic Sontaran space ship along with the Fourth Doctor in duffle coat and hat.

Contents:
1 x Fourth Doctor in duffle coat and hat action figure with Sonic Screwdriver.
1 x Sontaran Field-Major Styre action figure with helmet and gun.
1 x Sontaran Ship.
